Rezpiral can organize, receive and accommodate small groups of people looking to experience and learn from the ways of a people still creating and sustaining local food systems (into which agave and mezcal are a part of).

Priority will be given to people in position to put learning to practice in their own lands & regions – people buiding their own micro-economies and micro-ecologies via small scale farming, native plant & food restoration and land conservation.
