El proyecto Rezpiral fundado y dirigido por el Alex White, se comparte con el maestro/maestra ________________________________ un porción de los ingresos brutos que provienen de las ventas totales a los distribuidores en el año 2023 _______________________________________. Este año después de un aumento de costes no ha sido (tanta) ganancia, así que no puedo llamar este apoyo un % de la ganancia. Pero reconozco la importancia y decencia básico de este apoyo y busco otra manera de mantenerlo-como un coste fijo anual. Desde cuando decidí empezar esta practica en 2017, usted me ha enseñado que estos fondos no son lujosos sino integrales para muchas cosas; para apoyar el bien estar de la familia, apoyar necesidades del pueblo, financiar una buena practica de trabajar la tierra, y para cuidar el agave y la biodiversidad. Y sobre todo he visto que apoyar a usted, el mezcalero campesino que sigue protegiendo este arte y costumbre ayuda resistir el presión a industrializar. Trabajar con usted y su arte del mezcal sigue siendo un placer, y la inspiración básica que sigue moviendo este proyecto.

The Rezpiral project founded and directed by Alex White, shares with the maestro/maestra mezcalero/a ________________________________, a portion of the gross income that comes from total sales to distributors in the year 2023 _____________________________________________. After so many challenges and increases in cost, there has not been (much of) a profit, and thus I cannot call this support a % of profit. But in recognizing the importance and basic decency of this support I’ve found another way to maintain it—as a fixed annual cost. Since deciding to start this practice in 2017, you have taught me that these funds are by no means luxurious but instead integral to many things; to support the well-being of the family, support the needs of the village, to finance a good practice of working the land, and to take care of agave and biodiversity. And above all, I have seen that supporting you, the campesino/peasant mezcalero who continues to protect this art and custom, is indeed helping to resist the pressure to industrialize. Working with you and your art of mezcal continues to be a pleasure, and the basic inspiration that continues to drive this project.
